Welcome to the Kensington Management Company

The Kensington Management Company is a partnership between the Victorian Department of Human Services, Office of Housing and Becton Property Developers. It is the intention of the Director of Housing and Becton that KMC be an organization focused on supporting the development of a highly successful housing redevelopment project, which incorporates a high standard of facility management across both public and private housing.

What we do

The Kensington Management Company takes responsibility for key aspects of management of the Kensington redevelopment precinct including:

Community building,
Body Corporate management
Facilities Management
Tenancy Management -ie; collaborative work with the Office of Housing to enable effective provision of tenancy management of the public housing on site.

KMC is a not for profit organization with any surpluses generated on activities being re-invested back into activities supporting achievements of its mission and vision for the site and wider Kensington.
